  • Process: Contact us at mylittlemoments.ca with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back.

  • Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: We’ll ship the new item as soon as your return is processed. If the requested product is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • Exceptions: Certain products (e.g., clearance items) may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
